Registration for this course can be completed up to the starting date, however, earlier registration allows JMAR to accurately judge class size and process documents. JMAR "NEVER" charges a cancellation fee should you have to cancel your course, However, if you are going to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can, so that we can make seats available to other students.

Dress for the class is casual civilian wear. Slacks, shirts, jeans, blouses, sweatshirts are appropriate. Uniforms, coats and ties, etc. are not necessary. 

The course fee is payable by purchase order (SF 182 or DD Form 1556), cash, check, VISA MasterCard, and AMEX including corporate and government IMPAC/GPC and travel cards.  The fee does not have to be pre-paid.  Payments will be accepted at the class or invoiced afterward.

Lodging is available at the Seattle Crowne Plaza Downtown at our group code which is equal to the federal per diem rate of $167.00 per night. ( IMPORTANT PER DIEM RATE MAY CHANGE WHEN GSA SETS NEW RATES ) To make a reservation, please "Click" on "Hotel Info" above, or call the hotel Reservations phone number 1-888-233-9527 and indicate that you are making a group reservation under "JMAR Protocol Training, April 03-07. 2017"

Lodging reservations should be made as soon as possible but no later than March 20th, 2017,
which is the date our room block closes. If you have not made room reservations prior to March 20th, 2017. rooms may not be available at the per deim rate.

If you think you will be attending the course and you are waiting for final funding approval, JMAR recommends that you reserve your room in our room block when you send in your request for the course. Should your course not be approved, you can cancel your room reservation prior to 72 hours of arrival date, (March 16th), and you will not be charged.

If you attempt to make a reservation, but are told no rooms are available, please contact or call 1-301-920-4301. We can often work with the hotel to release additional rooms for the class. Remember, reservations must cancel prior to 72 hours of arrival date, (March 16th) or one night's room and tax will be charged.

Full Breakfast Buffet Voucher for $23.00, inclusive of service, tax and gratuity, if you choose to eat at the hotel.

Overnight parking - $18.00 per day, "Valet Only", (normally $41.00). Local Commuters arriving prior to 9:00am can park up to 10 hours for $15.00. Spaces limited at hotel however, it is comperable to other close by parking garages.

Complimentary Wireless high-speed Internet access in all guest rooms and meeting space. To take advantage of this service, your computer must be equipped with wireless (Wi-Fi) capability.

The Crowe Plaza features the Regatta Bar & Grille located on the 2nd Floor and is available for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The restaurant specializes in; Contemporary Northwest cuisine, featuring the freshest seafood and prime meats. Sample menus for all meals available at the Catering/Meetings tab, Catering/Banquet link.

In addition, the following restaurants are located within a short walk of the hotel:  Metropolitan Grille serves: Lunch & Dinner. A well-known and popular Seattle tradition, one of the best steaks in town!  The Cheesecake Factory serves: Lunch & Dinner and Benihana serves: Lunch & Dinner. Many other local popular restaurants are located throughout the downtown area and along the waterfront.

Participants should arrange their air travel to Seattle International Airport (SEA) to arrive on or before may 15th, 2016. For those flying home on the 7th, the course will conclude NLT 12:00 on the 7th. The airport is located 15 miles south of the Crowne Plaza and has a full range of on-airport and off-airport rental car agencies. In addition, transportation is available through an "Airporter Shuttle", $15.00 each way and the Seattle Light-Rail System, (if you don't have a lot of luggage), costs approximately $2.00 - $3.00. If using the Light-rail, exit at the University Street Station, the Crowne Plaza is about 2 blocks away..
